Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
  • Investing profile: the holdings and watchlist tickers you enter (with optional share counts or weights and account category), and your questionnaire answers.
  • Contact preferences: delivery channel and time, timezone, and mobile number if you choose SMS.
  • Consent records: the text you agreed to, when, and the IP address and browser user agent used.
  • Chat messages you send and the assistant's replies.
  • Delivery logs for emails and text messages.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, brokerage account numbers, or brokerage login credentials. Broker CSV files you import are read in your browser; only matched ticker symbols and share counts are saved.

How we use it

  • To research the securities you hold and compose and deliver your brief.
  • To tailor the depth, length, and format of explanations to the preferences you give us.
  • To operate the chat assistant, prevent abuse, and keep records required by law.

Service providers
